Covarrubias is a beautiful resort located on a beautiful beach. If your looking for fun, sun and a relaxing atmosphere...Cova is the place for you.
The staff were all friendly, accomodating, professional and well trained. Most were fluent in five different languages. They made you feel at home and their performances were always entertaining...mind you some nights were stronger than others.
I can't stress how beautiful the beach was, being the only resort on the whole beach, it's very isolated and very natural, no litter, and a great reef with tonnes of fish to check out while snorkeling.
The rooms were immaculate. Clean, spacious and with beautiful views, they were comfortable homes for the week. The housekeepers were always pleasant and eager to please. Bathroom area was great as well....lots of space.
The food was 'good'. Lots of choices available...Basically your classic resort type food. The service in the dining areas was an added bonus as well.
Being a smaller and newer resort, Covarubbias offers a more personal experience and as a guest you get to know mostly all of the other guests and its a familiar setting by the end of the week. Something larger resorts can't offer.
