We just got back last week and had an absolute blast! The rooms were beautiful and spacious. The staff were friendly and helpful especially if you were friendly. I have read so many comments about the food being terrible but I would have to disagree. There was so much to choose from and the fresh fruits and baked goods were wonderful. You have to realize that you're in a another country and they do eat a little differently from what you might be used to. Be a little adventurous it's part of the fun! The two a la carte restaurants plus the beach grill served great food.
My friend and I joined in the sports activities every day and I would highly recommend the catamaran sail boat ride (inclusive). The scooter rentals are also great fun.
Overall we found the staff to be friendly the hotel and grounds were beautiful and would go back there in a second. We didn't bring kids with us but next time I definately will. The kids program was phenominal.
